MF Portfolio Analyzer+: 11 Reports From One CAS Upload

A standalone Windows app for investors, families and advisors who need more than a balance figure

Most mutual fund tools show a single summary number and stop there. MF Portfolio Analyzer+ takes the opposite approach — upload one Consolidated Account Statement and it renders a complete, presentation-ready view of a portfolio across 11 separate reports, built for individual investors, families consolidating several CAS files, and advisors managing a full client book.

What It Does

Drop in a CAS PDF from CAMS and folios, transactions, and holdings are extracted automatically — no manual data entry. Multiple CAS files and folios can be consolidated into one dashboard, or kept separate per investor with instant switching between them.

11 Reports, One Dashboard

Rather than a single summary screen, Analyzer+ covers Investor Summary, 1-Day Gain, Portfolio Analytics, Fund Aggregation, Fund Type Mix & Suggested Allocation, Fund Performance, Fund Widgets, Transactions, Capital Gains (FIFO-matched, by financial year), Dividend Income, and Cash Flow Consolidation.

The Fund Type Mix report stands out — it benchmarks current holdings by category against a Conservative, Balanced, or Aggressive model allocation, so drift from an intended mix is visible immediately rather than something an investor has to calculate by hand.

Built for Families, Too

Most households have investments spread across separate CAS statements — one for each family member. Analyzer+ lets every family member's CAS be added and viewed as one consolidated household portfolio, or switched between individually, without any statement ever leaving the device it's opened on.

How It Works

Privacy, By Design

A CAS carries a PAN, folio numbers, holdings, and contact details — not something to hand to a server. Analyzer+ was built so it never has to: a CAS PDF is parsed locally and is never uploaded. The only network call is a one-time NAV refresh to value holdings — the CAS itself is never part of that request, and reports can be browsed offline afterward.

Plans, From Solo to Advisory Firm

Every plan runs the same standalone Windows app — what changes is how many investor folios can be held at once, from a free 7-day Trial on one folio, through Family and Family Prime plans for households, up to Advisor, Advisor Prime, and Enterprise tiers built for a growing client book.

"Upload once, and every report — XIRR, allocation, capital gains, dividends — is already there. What used to take a spreadsheet and an evening is a folder of PDFs ready for a client call."
